Our services

LD Construction & Remodeling provides residential remodeling in Duval, St. Johns and Clay counties, Florida: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, decks and patios, and whole-home renovations.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free. After the walkthrough you receive a written, line-item proposal with a start date. The proposal states how long its price is good for.

The price in a signed proposal is the price you pay. If something behind a wall or under a floor changes the plan, we stop, show you, and price the change in writing before that work continues.

Schedules

Your proposal includes a schedule. Weather, inspections, material lead times and changes to the scope can move it; when that happens we tell you before it affects you.

Permits and inspections

Where the county requires a permit, we pull it and schedule the inspections. Permit fees are listed in your proposal.

Payments

Payment terms, including any deposit and the payment schedule, are written in your proposal and agreed before work starts.

After the walkthrough

Every project ends with a walkthrough together, and you sign off only when the list is done. If something comes up after that, tell us and we come back to look. Any guarantee on workmanship or materials is stated in your written proposal.

Licensing and insurance

LD Construction & Remodeling is licensed and insured to work in the State of Florida. License and insurance details are available on request.
