Jacksonville, FL · Decks and patios
Decks and patios in Jacksonville.
Composite and wood decks, paver patios, covered lanais and pergolas, built to take Florida sun, rain and wind.
Outdoor living in Florida means shade, drainage and materials that shrug off humidity. We design the deck or patio around how you will use it, then build footings and framing to code for our wind zone.
Railings, stairs, lighting, outdoor kitchens and fire features are priced line by line, and the whole project runs on one schedule.

Questions homeowners ask
Decks and patios questions, answered.
Composite or wood for a Florida deck?
Composite costs more up front and needs almost no upkeep in our humidity. Pressure-treated wood costs less and wants sealing every couple of years. We price both so you can choose.
Do I need a permit for a deck or patio?
Most decks, covered structures and anything with footings need a permit in Duval, St. Johns and Clay counties. Pavers on grade often do not. We handle whichever applies.
How long does a deck or patio take?
A deck or paver patio usually takes a week or two once materials arrive. Covered structures take longer because of engineering and inspections.
