Jacksonville, FL · Family-owned
Family-owned. Florida-licensed. Jacksonville's own.
We don't build from the ground up. We transform the home you already love, with one accountable crew from demo to final walkthrough.
LD Construction & Remodeling is a family-owned remodeling contractor based in Mandarin, serving Duval, St. Johns and Clay counties. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, floors, paint, decks and patios, and take on whole-home renovations.
We built the company around a few plain rules: our own in-house crews instead of rotating subcontractors, fixed line-item pricing before any work starts, a site that is swept every day, a progress update every week, and one project lead who answers the phone.
Every project ends the same way. We walk the finished home with you, fix anything on the list, and you sign off. Only then is it done.

Homeowners say it best.
Their team was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. They paid attention to detail and finished everything on time while keeping the area clean. I’d definitely recommend LD Construction to anyone looking for solid, high-quality work.
They just finished my master bathroom here in Bartram Park and it looks like a spa. Competitive pricing and high quality work. They pay attention to the small details that make the difference.
Amazing experience from start to finish. They renovated my bathroom beautifully and the result came out absolutely stunning. Everything was completed on time and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
