What we collect

When you call, text, email or send an estimate request, we receive what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address or ZIP, and details about the project. If you send photos or plans, we keep those with your request.

The estimate form on this site keeps your room, budget and timing picks in your own browser for the thank-you page only. It does not store your name or phone number in the browser.

How we use it

To answer you, set up the walkthrough, prepare your proposal and run your project.

To keep in touch about your project, including schedule updates and the final walkthrough.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

Who else sees it

Only the people working on your project. Suppliers and inspectors see what they need for the job, such as measurements and the address, not your contact details beyond what the work requires.

The contact page shows a map from Google Maps, and our client video is hosted with the site. Google’s own privacy policy applies to the map.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on our estimate form, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from LD Construction & Remodeling about your request and your project: replies to your estimate request, appointment reminders, project updates and customer care. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors or service providers we partner with is only to perform the services you request (for example, scheduling or customer support); all of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

Your request travels from this website to the software we run the business on, which is hosted for us by Vercel and Supabase (United States). Calls and texts go through our business phone provider, email through our email provider, and the map on the contact page is served by Google. Each of them processes your information only to provide that service to us.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. If that changes, this page will say so.

Keeping it safe

We keep project records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet Florida record-keeping rules. Ask us to delete your contact details and we will, unless a signed contract or the law requires us to keep them.
