How often should a Florida exterior be repainted?
Sun and rain are hard on stucco. Most exteriors want fresh paint every several years. Good prep and the right coating are what stretch that out.
Do you fix cracks and damage before painting?
Yes. Stucco cracks, nail holes, peeling and water stains are repaired and primed first. Painting over damage just hides it for a season.
Can you paint while we live in the house?
Yes. We work room by room, use low-odor paints inside on request, and leave the house clean every evening.
